with the instructions contained in your despatch

No. 32 of the 30th ultimo, I have to-day addressed

to Count Lamsdorff relating to the complaint formu-

lated by His Excellency as to the treatment of the

Officers and men of the destroyer "Burni" who are

now at HongKong.
